| We only deliver against payment in advance or on delivery. Deliveries in Germany and abroad is a priority with our parcel DPD, as insured package. In exceptional cases, and for overseas shipments we send with DHL / Deutsche Post World Net.
Within Germany, and from a net value of 60, - Euro delivery is free, there are no additional charges for shipping or packaging. For orders with a smaller commodity value we compute 4,90 Euro cost of delivery inclusive packing and VAT. For cash on delivery transmissions we charge additionally 9,60 Euro cost of cash on delivery incl. VAT.
Zone 1
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic.
The package delivery costs to countries of the Zone 1 is 10.50 euros including VAT. From a net value of 100, - Euro, shipping is free. COD shipments are available for an additional delivery fee of 18.00 euros including VAT in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg.
Zone 2
Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Vatican
The package delivery costs to countries in zone 2 is 12.50 euros.
Zone 3
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
The package delivery costs to countries of the Zone 3 is 19.80 euros including VAT. From a net value of 250, - Euro, shipping is free.
Zone 4
Aland Islands (FI), Andorra, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Mount Athos (GR), Bosnia-Herzegovina, Campione d Italia (IT), Ceuta (ES), Faroe Islands (DK), Georgia, Gibraltar (GB), Greenland (DK), Guernsey (UK), Iceland, Jersey (UK), Canary Islands (ES), Kazakhstan, Kosovo (Serbia province), Croatia, Livigno (IT), Macedonia, Melilla (ES), Moldova (Republic), Montenegro (Republic), Norway, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia (Republic), Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus.
The handling charge to countries in zone 4 is 22.00 euros.
Zone 5
All countries and territories are not Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3 and Zone 4 are assigned.
The package delivery costs to countries of the zone 5 of 27.00 euros.
Customs duties, taxes and levies are the recipients for the importation even to be paid. Information on the nature and amount obtained from the relevant competent customs authorities of the importing country. The bill will be issued for shipments to non-EU states associated taxed. For the Customs clearance of goods shipments to non-EU associated countries, we collect an additional fee of 10.00 euros.
